The employability platform is intended for pre-experience undergraduate and master students in management, finance and economics.
Annual Events
The Careers & Talent Office organizes several career events such as the Career Forum in the first semester, the Volunteer Fair and Startup Fair in the second semester, and the International Career Monday throughout the year.

Mentoring
The Programme aims chiefly to establish connections between finalists and alumni, in order to encourage the exchange of academic and professional experiences between them.
By participating, finalists can benefit from the experience of alumni, in their different academic and professional paths, so they may validate choices already made, but essentially, so they may reflect on future decisions.
Career Portal
Free for FCH-Católica undergraduate and Master's students, the platform consists of a virtual environment where students can:
- Access traineeship and job opportunities;
- Manage search preferences on areas and types of traineeship, companies and recruiting institutions, among others;
- Receive, via e-mail, a newsletter with information on traineeship and job offers suitable for each student's profile.
My Career
The annual event aims to address current issues and future challenges in students’ career development. Comprised of conferences, discussion panels and workshops with the participation of guest speakers who are senior staff in leading companies at a national and international level, this event seeks to disseminate the current status of the job market by those who experience it on a daily basis.

Católica Future | Law
Career platform offered by the School, with the mission to bring students and alumni closer to recruiters.
Through this portal, it is possible to:
- access internships, summer internships and job opportunities;
- have direct contact with the Lisbon School's partner companies and law firms
- submit your CV
- participate in workshops, career sessions and open days
- access useful documents and videos related to professional integration;
- and even schedule a personalised service with the Careers Office of the Faculty.
JobShop
Organized annually, usually in October, by the Career Office, it is exclusively aimed at undergraduate, masters and LL.M. students.

Designed for undergraduate students from 2nd year on, it aims to make students familiar with the jobs of legal practitioners.

Career Day
It aims to provide undergraduate, master's and doctoral students with career prospects, as well as privileged contact with prestigious entities from the professional world.
Mentoring Programme
The programme allows undergraduate or Masters students to benefit from the contact with an alumni (Mentor), meeting 2 to 3 times a year, having the opportunity to discuss their academic progress and career perspectives with their mentor, thus benefiting from his/her recognised experience and insight.

Católica Porto Business School Career Platform
Exclusive platform for students and alumni, allowing access to job offers, events, scheduling advisory and career and educational development counselling sessions, as well as resources on topics related to career management and skills development.
Mentoring Programme
Targeted at Master’s and MBA students, counts with a large number of mentors, namely alumni, with national or international careers.
Skills Development Workshops
The aim is to promote the students' skills development in areas such as: planning and organization, creativity, oral communication, time management, emotional intelligence, case resolution, and communication tools with the labor market.
Highered (EFMD)
Platform available for students and alumni, allowing access to international job offers, assessments, among other features (exclusive to EFMD accredited members).
Career Day for Undergrads and Masters
It happens annually, bringing together around 200 undergraduates and master’s students from the school, in a process of speed interviews with the wide range of participating companies.

Annual event that brings together Executive Education students and alumni, in a process of speed interviews with headhunters, Executive Search and other companies.
Summer Traineeships
Targeted at undergraduates allowing equivalence to the Final Traineeship Project course.

Curricular Traineeships
Master's students may choose to do a traineeship, with the nature of the host entities varying according to the type of Master's chosen: more professional (music teaching, conservation and restoration, or creative industries) or more artistic (cinema, photography, or sound and image).
Artistic Residencies Programme
It consists of a period of residence at the School of Arts for the development of research and artistic work in the fields of visual arts, film, new media art, and sound. These Residencies are part of the School's philosophy as an "art centre", in which ongoing activities will foster knowledge and contemporary creation.

Research Days of the Master in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Goods
The aim of the events is to present the research work and traineeship carried out by the students of the second year of the Master's Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Goods.
It is also a way for students to assess the quality of their work and exchange suggestions and perspectives with colleagues and teachers in preparation for their final defenses.
Conservation in Action! | Conservation and Restoration Summer Campaigns
The campaigns, which take place in close articulation with local communities and host entities, in a logic of knowledge sharing and learning, offer an important complement to the practical training of the students.
They take place annually, in July, from the north to the south of the country, and also in the north of Spain, focusing mainly on the conservation of integrated heritage, from woodcarving, painting, archaeological structures, tiles, stucco and wall painting.
Pedagogy Congress on Specialised Artistic Teaching of Music
The event is organised, since 2012/13, by the School of Arts and the Faculty of Education and Psychology and its main objective is to bring together teachers, researchers and professionals in the field of music teaching.
The Congress is organised into different themes through the active involvement of participants in workshops, debates, panels, posters, concerts, conferences and research projects. In this sense, the Scientific Committee encourages researchers and music teaching professionals, including students, to submit proposals for papers aligned with the main theme of the conference.

"Think Big in Biotechnology"
Hosted by the School of Biotechnology Alumni Association, the forum brings together recognized experts in bioengineering with students and young professionals. The select range of speakers lift the tip of the veil on the trends and opportunities that the future holds.

Training for researchers - Career development
The programme includes a set of workshops and events focused on skills from communication to science management, to writing and project management, to knowledge transfer and personal skills.
It is aimed at PhD students of the Faculty of Biotechnology and researchers of the CBQF, and aims to support their training in soft skills, important for a career both in research and academia as well as in business, and to empower them for future career paths.

Happens annually with the objective to stimulate awareness on practical applications in the field of Biotechnology. Bioengineering, Nutritional Sciences and Microbiology are the dominant themes of these events. The traineeships may be credited in the study plan with 2.5 or 5 ECTS, and the portfolio of host entities includes law firms, companies, non-governmental organisations, associations, among others.
Law DNA
Comprehensive development programme for law undergraduates. A 3-year study programme, with subjects ranging from Argumentation and Rhetoric, Dramatic Expression to Legal Writing. Thematic large group sessions with external guests and individual accompaniment, where critical thinking tools are applied to solve concrete community problems. A programme aimed at developing citizenship in the areas of political, media and European literacy.

RUMO - Law Employability Event
Exclusively designed for the legal market, RUMO- Law Employability Event is an annual event that gathers professionals, lawyers, students and alumni (both online and in person), including sessions about emerging topics in Law.

Traineeships
The Faculty assures several Curricular Traineeship options through protocols with prestigious institutions in the community. FEP also offers the opportunity to carry out International Traineeships at the end of the Master in Psychology and Master in Psychology and Human Resources Development.
Hands On Practice: Managing and Developing People
Extra-curricular program targeted to Master's students in Psychology and Human Resources Development, from the Faculty of Education and Psychology, developed in partnership with Católica Porto Business School, offering students two closer experiential learning contexts with companies:
- the Experiential Workshops, where students have the opportunity to participate annually in a cycle of workshops promoted by Human Resources Professionals who will create, in the classroom, an approach to real work experience;
- Link to Business enables job shadowing experiences and observation mini-traineeships in different areas of a Human Resources department.
EmCarreira Workshops
The Faculty of Education and Psychology hosts this initiative of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP), which aims to promote employability skills, entrepreneurship and career planning, facilitating the transition to the labour market. The workshops are open for all finalists of integrated Masters in Psychology, as well as Psychology graduates.
OPP Academy
The OPP Academy results from the partnership between the Faculty of Education and Psychology and Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP). This is a meeting point between the facultys’ future Psychologists and OPP, an approach to the future profession, discovering Psychologists’ role in a changing world, which enhances the discussion of each Psychology career project.
Psychology Days
Event that aims to explore Psychology emerging themes, through various activities (e.g., conferences, workshops, round-table discussions, forums, commented movie), involving several guests.

World Oral Health Day
Celebrated internationally on March 20, the Faculty marks the date with lectures on oral health literacy, seminars on oral health, open days with the collaboration of various institutions in the Viseu region and dissemination of various activities and projects under development in the oral health community. It is worth highlighting the collaboration of the faculty with SPEMD, the main scientific society of dentistry in the country.

Dental Medicine Congress
The Congress, now in its 17th edition, is a moment of sharing scientific knowledge demonstrated through the preparation of a scientific programme that aims to be comprehensive in order to "touch" all branches of dentistry. It includes national and international speakers who contribute to the necessary sharing of knowledge and opinions regarding current issues in the field of oral health. This event provides an enriching experience and knowledge update, contributing to the professional and personal development of the participants.

Management Day
