Social Support and Grants

The university wants to ensure that financial, social or family circumstances do not prevent students to complete an academic degree.

The Students Support Offices help students in their scholarship search, showing which funding opportunities that are available to them. These services ensure the management of the process of analysis of the applications for the DGES' Study Grants.

Católica receives donations from private and institutional benefactors for the reduction or exemption of tuition fees for students in financial need and who meet the eligibility conditions set forth in the respective Regulations.

There is also UCP's Social Support Fund for students who, during their academic journey, have socioeconomic and family difficulties that make it impossible for them to continue their studies. UCP evaluates each case and provides the necessary support and conditions for students to complete their studies and achieve academic success.

Students with disabilities equal to or greater than 60%

The General Directorate for Higher Education (DGES) allocates a scholarship for the amount of tuition actually paid to all students with a disability equal to or greater than 60% (duly proven through a medical certificate of disability). More information here.
