Enrollment and Tuition Fees

Católica is a not-for-profit public institution, but its courses do not benefit from state funding.

The tuition fees are based on actual costs, which vary according to each courses' needs of equipment, facilities and laboratories.

Enrollments

All admitted candidates will be contacted by the services and, will have to enrol within the deadlines indicated in this calendar.

At the time of enrolment it is necessary to pay the respective fee (which includes school insurance) and the monthly fee for the first month. These amounts are not refundable in the event of cancellation of enrolment.

At the moment of enrolment you must present the following documents:

  • Enrolment form;
  • Photocopy of the Citizen's Card (in case you have not submitted it before);
  • 2 photographs (if you have already submitted one with your application, one more will suffice);
  • Proof of up-to-date anti-tetanus vaccination.

Tuition fees

Católica's courses are organised according to the Bologna Process model and measured in ECTS credits *: 1 academic semester = 30 ECTS;

At Católica the credit is used as the basis for calculating the student's tuition, which will be paid according to the number of ECTS corresponding to the curricular units (subjects) in which they are enrolled in that semester (60 ECTS / year).

To calculate the tuition fee consult the Tuition Fees.

* ECTS credits are units of measure of a common European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System that reflects the work completed and the skills acquired by the students (classes, personal work, tutorials, group work, among others).
